Hitting Goals!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
247 to 180 with A1C still needing work means the metabolic gains are still in progress - maintenance dose making sense until that marker lands.

You look incredible - what a shift! What did your A1C do over this period? I saw big movement in mine going from 7.2 to 5.8 in the first 8 months, the weight and blood sugar changes track together pretty closely.

The A1C borderline and cholesterol targets are the NSVs that matter most for long-term health outcomes - hitting those alongside the weight milestone is the full picture. The path off statins when cholesterol responds is a real quality-of-life upgrade.

50 lbs and getting the A1C lower are both very achievable goals. 247 to 180 in the OP is exactly the kind of result you're aiming for. Tirz is a solid starting choice - what's the plan for getting started?

the doctor-is-happy framing alongside a slower scale pace is worth trusting more than the community averages - A1C improvement and cardiovascular markers respond to the medication before the scale fully reflects what the body is doing. a half pound a week sustained over 2 months is 4 lbs of real progress, which compounds across a year into a meaningful total

Congrats on all the effort put into health and reaching this smaller size.

Keep pushing purely for personal reasons. That's really all that counts. This is absolutely doable!
