Hitting maintenance dose?! Update!

Hey everyone, wanted to give a quick update on my progress!

HW: 210 GW: 160 CW: 145. I'm 32, 5'6". (pics: 1st 210, 2nd 160, 3rd 145) Started back in March '24, went into maintenance around Sept '24 after hitting 165. My maintenance was max dose every ten days. After a couple of months, I'd dropped another 20lbs, so now I'm doing max dose every 2 weeks, and that seems to be working well for the last few months. I'm a little hungrier than when I was on the weekly/10-day dose, but I still can't eat that much at once and I'm finally keeping the weight off! We're all different, but I hope my routine gives you some ideas!
 
Thanks for sharing your experience! It's helpful to hear how others are managing maintenance. I've been able to maintain for a while now, and I think my body is pretty happy where it is.
 
My timing on the 10-day to 14-day switch might be a bit off, but I definitely went into maintenance in Sept, lol, and had to adjust because I was still losing. I think going from every 7 to 10 to 14 days was a smart move because it slowly trained my body to need it less, if that makes sense.

I thought maintenance meant going to a very low dose, still taking the shot once a week. Did you get advice from a professional?
 
If you don't mind sharing... I'm curious what your starting clothing size and current size are? Either way, total goals, you look amazing!
 
We have similar stats. My HW was 220, and my CW is 165. I've been stuck at 165 for like 4 months now, so plateaued. I tried shots every 10 days but went back to once a week because of the plateau. I lift weights, and people say I look leaner, but the scale messes with my head. I've been on this for 15 months and hope to do what you did and take it every 10-13 days once I get to 145.

Don't let the scale get you down! Muscle weighs more than fat, so you could be recomping. Have you tried taking body measurements instead?
 
To answer a few questions:

[@Pin_Taco] I did talk to my doc, and we experimented a little. I was nervous about spacing it out that much, but it's been good so far.
[@Lift_Health] I was a size 16 when I started, now I'm in an 8, sometimes a 6 depending on the brand!
[@Peptide_Journey] I started at the lowest dose and slowly increased until I'd reached the highest dose, following my doctor's instructions. Then, for maintenance, we started spacing out the max dose like I mentioned.
 
I have been on sema for about 5 years now. At my heaviest, I weighed 270lbs. I reached my goal weight of 130lbs after about 3 years. For the past two years I have maintained!
 
you look amazing! when did you first notice the weight coming off? and what dose ended up being your sweet spot? planning to stay on it long term?
