Holy cow, it WORKED!

Is that 0.7kg for the whole month or average per week? Can't quite see a plateau on your chart. Sometimes bodies just need a break after losing steady for ages. Check your TDEE - you might be underfueling or overfueling now that you've lost the weight. Also check if your measurements are still dropping even if the scale isn't.

Starting at 288 at 64 and the protocol still producing meaningful results is the long-game story. 260 to 142 for the OP is what it looks like played all the way out. How long has the current protocol been running and where is the next goal?

10 lbs in 4 months at the dose that finally worked after figuring out the units is still progress, and the fact that it only kicked in at 30 units is useful data. 260 to 142 in the OP is what happens when you find the dose that actually works and stay with it. How long at 30 units before you started seeing consistent movement?

Hovering at 192 after coming down from 277 and thinking that might actually be the right landing spot is such a healthy way to read a stall. 85 lbs is a real change and the 'probably where I should end up anyway' instinct is worth trusting. 260 to 142 in the OP is inspiring but everyone's destination is different.

The low and slow approach anxiety when you see people starting faster and losing more in the early weeks is so common. The questioning that happens when other approaches seem to be producing faster numbers is real but the people who go slowly tend to have an easier time maintaining and have more headroom when they actually need to titrate. Stick with your plan.

The honest self-assessment about the yo-yo pattern and what drives it is actually the most important piece of the work. The medication changes the appetite landscape but the behavioral patterns that drove the yo-yo are worth understanding explicitly - the medication doesn't change those automatically. Combining that clarity with what the medication does to the appetite side is a stronger foundation than either alone.
