Honest question about hair loss

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Please be honest here, since this topic keeps coming up constantly in a women's GLP-1 community online. Hair loss. Genuinely curious. Were people eating at least 1200 nutritious calories daily, even without appetite? Were they prioritizing protein, hitting a minimum of 75 to 100 grams every single day? Were they losing more than one to two pounds weekly on average? If hair loss has been an issue for you, would love honest answers.

Been losing hair even while hitting over 1200 solid calories a day, including at least 100 grams of protein. Weight's coming off gradually too, roughly 30 pounds across half a year.

First time posting here and this was literally one of my burning questions!! Only started back in April, down 20 pounds since, but the hair situation is rough, noticeably thinner and shedding a lot. Always had thick, strong hair before this, not anymore.

Read somewhere that hair thinning on this medication class often traces back to what the person's actually eating. Worth keeping meals balanced. Plenty of fiber. Plenty of protein.

Whatever hair thinning I noticed was so minor it might just be age catching up. Only ever ran a starter amount and dropped roughly 1.5 pounds weekly, so I was never underfed or malnourished. Made sure protein, fruit, and vegetables stayed front and center.

Nope, zero hair loss here. Eating multiple meals daily plus a daily multivitamin. Don't track macros, just eat what I normally would and never dealt with nutrition problems before this.

People take weight loss way too far, assuming electrolytes and protein shakes count as an actual diet. Wish more people grasped that starving is starving, no matter how you dress it up.
