How long does your Tirz last in the fridge?

According to the manufacturer, both pens and vials are single use. While the solution might not be bac-water, injecting plain water is dangerous. It's probably a pH-balanced solution without preservatives.

For those wondering about how much bac water to mix with your peptides, there's a good rule of thumb. Usually, you're aiming for a concentration that makes dosing easy with an insulin syringe. A peptide calculator can help too!

For example, if you have a 5mg vial of something like sermorelin and want to inject daily, you'd add enough water to easily measure your dose. Some people aim for 1mg per day, injected subq before bed. Carbs before bed can blunt the sermorelin, though. A good starting point is 500mcg-1mg. Don't need to inject 1mg to get serious results.

I saw someone say their instructions had them putting 75ml of bac water into a vial... that sounds way off! I think they meant 0.75ml. Definitely double-check those instructions and make sure you're not diluting it too much. A peptide calculator can help with the math. You want to be able to accurately measure small doses in your insulin syringe.

I was reading a thread about peptides, and someone was asking about adding GHRP-2, GHRP-6, or sermorelin to their TRT. Their doc suggested it for body composition changes, but they were skeptical about the cost-benefit ratio, since it's a long game with subtle results.

Someone replied that they'd up their T dose before messing with peptides. It's definitely a personal choice, but worth considering all options.

Mine fluctuates too. Working out and stretching really helps calm it down. I realized regular pants bothering me but long underwear doesn't. Maybe I'll just wear longer layers until the weather warms up.

Anxiety dropped 95% plus since I started last July. Had it forever, real bad spells 7-10 years. Now I just live. Stress dropped a ton in this time too so can't say it's all Tirz, but my head shifted fast after that first shot.

Six months in you'll have clarity on whether the improvements stick around. Good thinking about reassessing then.

Side effects I've dealt with: nausea, constipation (then diarrhea if I mess up), fatigue, heartburn starting out, hair loss, always cold, way less hungry, and sulfur burps. It's a mixed bag but the appetite part makes it worth it.

Right?! I've still got months of compounded stuff to get through but I already ordered a kit and supplies and keep hunting for deals. Been thinking about stacking other things too, checking prices... I've fallen into this rabbit hole hard lol.

I've made travel vials before to keep my main stash from getting messed up by temperature swings. Travel vial stays at room temp, no big deal for a couple weeks. You could also dose right before you leave and when you get back, cuts down on what you need to carry. It's one of those things that sounds complicated till you do it once.

Pen accumulation from dose splitting is actually useful for building a buffer. Manufacturer stability data for capped unopened pens is usually 56 days at room temp, longer refrigerated. The consistent cold chain is the main thing.

Reconstituted Tirz holds for 4-6 weeks refrigerated, some people run 8 weeks without issues. For vials, the forum sourcing threads have current US options - Amazon quality is too variable for peptide mixing.
