For example, if you have a 5mg vial of something like sermorelin and want to inject daily, you'd add enough water to easily measure your dose. Side effects I've dealt with: nausea, constipation (then diarrhea if I mess up), fatigue, heartburn starting out, hair loss, always cold, way less hungry, and sulfur burps. It's a mixed bag but the appetite part makes it worth it.

Running 7.5mg weekly, I'd be totally comfortable working through 60mg Tirz vials. Burns through one in about seven weeks, right within what feels manageable to me.
 
Yeah, no problem at all, especially if you filter it like I'd suggest. Reconstitute, then draw into a larger syringe, attach a filter, and split it evenly between two sterile, properly vented vials.

That said, how small is your weekly amount? The dual-action compound especially holds up well, fine for three months refrigerated with standard diluent. Running a smaller weekly dose still lets you work through most of the vial before it expires. Personally I'd stay a bit more cautious if plain sterile water's what you're using rather than the standard diluent, since that seems to be the more typical choice where you are.
