I've been looking at how GLP-1 meds work for people, and I keep seeing a pattern:
First 2 days -> queasy
Days 3-5 -> feeling good, appetite controlled
Days 6-7 -> hunger is back!
Seems like the medication is wearing off by then.
People often:
* Increase their dose too soon
* Cut calories way back
* Get worried
But maybe there's a better way.
Anyone else notice this happening?
What do you do when the hunger returns?
