I feel amazing & zero side effects! ✨

I remember reading someone else's journey, and they were asked about their diet. They said they followed a plan, avoided alcohol and if they didn't lose weight on a pen, they would up the dose. I wish I had that kind of dedication!

so what's everyone else doing, split dosing or sticking with one shot a week? how high are you going? i used to do half doses and honestly there were way fewer peaks and valleys, but i switched to one dose for the ease of it. sitting at 4mg now and i looked at the trial data, 6mg doesn't seem to give much more payoff, just more nasty stuff. curious where you all landed.

Did it. I feel so much better. The side effects were worth the payoff. Just gotta make sure I'm drinking enough water, that's been key. Ready to set the next goal.

started my first dose of 2.5mg on april 13th. i'm 28f at about 82kg, trying to get down to 65kg. gonna track everything here and post updates on how i'm feeling. first timer so any tips would help!

I'm 33, tired, on 5mg for three months. Just trying not to lose more hair. Plateau hit hard last month. New here — if I have RT10 and mix in 2ml bac water, is 10 clicks on the pen 0.5mg? My 3ml vial gets about 130–140 clicks, which feels weird.

Every 5 days starting 2.5mg. After 4 weeks no loss, bump 5mg a week. But the real dosage is wherever you're losing. Stick with that. More isn't always better.

Zero side effects from the start is the best possible entry. Experimenting with timing and food is what most people have to do before finding that window. The fact it happened early means fewer adjustments down the road.

I've been mixing different approaches too and honestly the key is dialing in your reconstitution so you actually know what you're dosing - nothing worse than guessing. Protein has been my anchor point when everything else feels weird. If you're using a fresh vial make sure the water's truly sterile because that's where things go sideways fast. How long have you been at this ratio?

What was the whole experience like when you came back on it? Did it work just as well the second time around? And did the side effects hit the same way or was it different?

I'm figuring out tapering as I go too and yeah there's not much out there about it. Starting low and ramping up slow has worked fine, losing weight and feeling good so far. No side effects yet which is a relief.

That's awesome! Most people do 4 weeks at the starter dose, then 3 months each at the higher steps. I've still got a bit left on 10mg and honestly it's working well enough that I'm thinking about staying put. Side effects have been minimal at this level, which beats other doses I've tried.

I split-dose both: Tirz on Monday and Friday, Reta on Saturday and Wednesday. That keeps each one roughly 3.5 days out from its last shot, staggered between the other. Works great for me - minimal sides and a steady state where the peaks and valleys balance out nicely.

After that first dose roughness wore off, everything settled down for me too. Just sensitive skin and dry mouth now, nothing major. Your body adjusts and the side effects usually get way more manageable after the initial hit.

The binge eating response to GLP-1 is one of the more striking outcomes - the reward circuit that drives the urge cycle is exactly what the medication quiets. For people where compulsive eating was the core mechanism, not just hunger, the urge going quiet entirely is the mechanism working as intended. The zero-side-effect trajectory after proper dose-finding is the one that holds.

Metoprolol and Ozempic combination with zero side effects is consistent with what the community sees - BP improvement on sema tends to complement the Metoprolol effect.

Starting from very low free testosterone makes the initial response faster and more noticeable - two weeks is early but not unusual when the baseline is that depleted.
