Yeah, that happens to me sometimes too. Wasn't too rough for me though, and once I got some food in me I felt better. Found that lean protein plus vegetables or broth sits best, and I make sure to eat at least twice daily, going until satisfied rather than stuffed.
Anything too processed, greasy fried stuff, or a big carb load tends to make the queasiness worse, so I avoid all that. Sticking to this makes eating in general more comfortable.
Also bringing citrus fruit back into rotation. Don't want to end up with a vitamin deficiency lol
Bottom line, you've got to be deliberate about eating enough of the right stuff or you risk getting sick or even malnourished.
