Is it a bug, or did I overdo it?

Yeah, that happens to me sometimes too. Wasn't too rough for me though, and once I got some food in me I felt better. Found that lean protein plus vegetables or broth sits best, and I make sure to eat at least twice daily, going until satisfied rather than stuffed.

Anything too processed, greasy fried stuff, or a big carb load tends to make the queasiness worse, so I avoid all that. Sticking to this makes eating in general more comfortable.

Also bringing citrus fruit back into rotation. Don't want to end up with a vitamin deficiency lol

Bottom line, you've got to be deliberate about eating enough of the right stuff or you risk getting sick or even malnourished.

Hm. Wondering if I'm accidentally overeating, since my worst nausea shows up about two hours after lunch. Maybe breakfast just hasn't fully digested by then?

Mine was similar. I also started at .5 and skipped the .25. Turns out its delicate. Slight overeating triggers severe nausea, and so does undereating. I experiment with foods and portion sizes to see what my body tolerates. Oddly, steak wins, even a cheap cut, seared in a pan with salt and pepper and dunked in balsamic; it shuts nausea down, fills me up and lifts my mood.

What do you eat, and did your diet change? Early on I was pretty badly nauseated, then I noticed it only followed particular foods, such as a portion with over 20g of fat or high sugar drinks. Once I cut those out I had no nausea at all. Interesting that yours came so late, since mine was worst at the start.

Maybe it's only a stomach bug, since side effects don't explain everything. A chat with your doctor wouldn't hurt. Any improvement yet?
