Is it working? Maybe?

Hey there! Quick reminder: no discussing or selling unapproved meds, and be careful about DMs offering them. Check the FAQ if you're new

For sure! Get a soft measuring tape. Track your measurements every few weeks... sometimes it's tough to notice in the mirror every day.

I think it's hard to see on myself because I've dropped nearly 20 pounds and still feel the same, but people keep saying I look slimmer, so I guess I'll trust them and the scale! But really, it's very visible! Thanks everyone!

I noticed a change right away from your before and after pics! Nice progress. I'm almost two years in, down about 50, and it's only recently that I've really noticed a *big* difference. Body dysmorphia is real. I went from a size 42 to a 36. Numbers are how I keep my head straight.

I've lost around 15 pounds and have similar body type. My partner says he sees it in my neck and upper stomach areas. Just like you. Your hands even look less puffy. You're doing great!

I see it! It's hard to see your own progress day to day. Keep documenting with pictures. In half a year, you can compare to your week 1 pics and be amazed. Keep going!

So true! I wish I had taken better 'before' pics. I can feel the difference (down 70 pounds!) but seeing it would be even more motivating.

That's great progress Jules_01! My doctor mentioned that some people stay on a low maintenance dose even after reaching their goal weight, to help their body normalize to the new weight. Maybe something to consider?

Thanks for the tip! I hadn't thought about that. I'll definitely ask my doctor about maintenance dosing! Right now, I'm just focused on these first few months!

I'm a little scared about coming off it eventually... I've heard some people gain back the weight. I'm trying to focus on building good habits now, so hopefully that will help.
