Just a heads up for folks just starting out and not seeing instant results. My biggest weight loss happened when I upped my dose to 10mg and higher. Don't get discouraged if it doesn't happen right away!
 
If you don't mind me asking,
How long did it take you to see results?
And what kinda lifestyle changes did you make?

Thanks for the encouraging words! I've only dropped about three pounds in the first month, and I'm getting worried seeing everyone else's stellar results. Any tips on exercise or movement that helped you? I see my doctor soon to up my dose to 5mg, so fingers crossed!

It took me a few months to really start seeing consistent losses, maybe 3-4? I cut out most processed foods and try to walk for at least 30 minutes most days. Nothing crazy, just trying to be more mindful.
 
For those interested in the science, there's an interesting study on semaglutide 7.2mg and its effectiveness for weight loss. It showed significant results in body weight reduction. You can look up the STEP UP trial for more details.
 
I saw a guy on Reddit lost 87lbs in 8 months on Wegovy. Pretty inspiring! Sounds like he also added a solid workout routine. Keep up the great work everyone!
