Lost weight TOO fast?

Started KLOW about a month back. Migraines dropped way down—less frequent and severe. Heard others say the same. Which pep in the stack is doing this? Trying to figure if I could just cycle GHK-cu solo.
 
Start measuring and writing it down. Wish I'd done that when I started O for type 2 back in 2022. Lost 90 pounds but still not sure about actual sizing.
 
The carb-heavy approach works when the sweet cravings on GLP-1 are actually glycogen depletion rather than real hunger. Separating carbs from fat at the same meal is what makes it clean - together they stall fat oxidation in a way neither does alone. High-carb, low-fat, moderate protein is a pattern that gets underrated once the keto narrative takes over.
