Lost weight TOO fast?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Started KLOW about a month back. Migraines dropped way down—less frequent and severe. Heard others say the same. Which pep in the stack is doing this? Trying to figure if I could just cycle GHK-cu solo.

Start measuring and writing it down. Wish I'd done that when I started O for type 2 back in 2022. Lost 90 pounds but still not sure about actual sizing.

The carb-heavy approach works when the sweet cravings on GLP-1 are actually glycogen depletion rather than real hunger. Separating carbs from fat at the same meal is what makes it clean - together they stall fat oxidation in a way neither does alone. High-carb, low-fat, moderate protein is a pattern that gets underrated once the keto narrative takes over.

Measurements from day one matter more than you'd think - the scale doesn't capture the redistribution. Thread has useful context for anyone starting at a lower weight where the response can be stronger than expected.

the forgetting-it-is-2026 reaction to GLP-1 loss rates is the honest version of how outdated most reference points for healthy loss pace actually are - the clinical trial data on these compounds shows outcomes that would have been impossible to achieve safely through dietary restriction alone, and the body of evidence supporting those rates is growing. the instinct that something fast must be dangerous was calibrated on different interventions

You're definitely not imagining things. Skipped the smallest starting amount and went right to the next level up. Didn't get the usual side effects and figured it wasn't working since the scale wasn't moving much, even though eating had genuinely dropped, food noise and obsession stuck around regardless. About to move up another level, and today definitely gave a preview of what's coming. Felt full pretty fast, and off overall, a bit unwell and drained. Definitely learned that lesson the hard way today. Think in this case it's just part of getting it right, every time overdoing it happens, regret follows fast, so staying cautious now to avoid a repeat.

I'd bet the people dropping huge amounts in the first month or so are just carrying a lot of inflammation or lower muscle mass to start, so basically eating below maintenance or skipping meals is really just flushing out water tied to that inflammation. Personally didn't notice any change until reaching a higher dose, and even then only lost about 12 pounds across the six months it took to get there. But inflammation was never my situation, my extra pounds simply came from consistently taking in more calories than I burned. Was already exercising regularly for years and eating reasonably well too. Loads of posts exactly like yours exist, people whose progress is slow and who have to grind for every pound. This medication is far from magic. I could absolutely eat right through its effects if I tried.

Kicked in surprisingly fast, appetite dropped almost right away. Worked almost too well at first, lost several pounds within the first week. Probably water weight mostly, since things leveled off afterward into a more expected pace. These days it's just mild nausea at most.
