Low dose Zepbound ok?

Nerves were real starting out too. Beginning at a low amount like that usually goes fine for most people. Started that same amount two months back with zero side effects. Just stick to the schedule and don't rush the next increase. Over about two and a half months, moved from 0.25 up to 0.4, taking it slow the whole way. That pacing is probably exactly why nothing's gone wrong so far.
 
Lately I walked a relative through starting Zepbound, half the usual start dose, injected twice a week and tolerated well. They reached 5mg, still twice weekly, with zero side effects, ten pounds lighter and delighted about picking a GLP1.
 
Look up how to dose lower with your particular pen. Nothing says you must be nauseous the whole time. I'm on zepbound and just dropped down to 2.0 through click counting.
 
definitely go up in dose. 2.5 is really just there to ease your system into the medication early on. im sitting at 15mg of zepbound myself and feel amazing. have zero intention of ever dropping below that
