They did a 48-week study on mazdutide, playing with the dosages. Seems those on the highest dose, 16 mg, shed over twice as much weight compared to the 6 mg folks. Though, the 6 mg group mostly stuck to 3 mg, bumping it up later. Nausea hit 60% of the high-dose crew.

Those 16 mg users dropped about 22% of their body weight.
