Oh my gosh, yes! It's terrible, I feel like I can't find anything I can eat, let alone enjoy. I've been on tirz since late January and dropped about 40 lbs, but I've been stuck for a while now because I don't eat enough.
I pretty much live on protein shakes, which is why I'm thinking of switching to sema. My mom and husband are on it, their sugar cravings are gone, and they can handle food much better. All I want is sweets and junk food. I've even been on a few cruises since I started (so much delicious food!), but everything tasted off. I did lose a little weight because I could eat a tiny bit of everything, but it feels like I hate food because everything tastes different. (I also stopped smoking over a year ago, so that might be part of it.)
And I'm 60, so the weight doesn't come off as easily as it did when I was younger. I need to change something because, like you, I'm gagging on my food.
