Mixing peps: bad idea?

I've seen so much arguing online about whether it's a waste of time to use a blended pep versus injecting them one by one. A well-known peptide expert, Dr. B, says to inject separately, but others say blends are perfectly fine. While I can see how blends might not be ideal for a super customized plan, I also *really* don't want to feel like a human dartboard every day. I've taken breaks from injecting only to find that, while my injection spots feel better, I'm actually happier when I'm sticking to a regular schedule.

Anyway, someone shared a video by Chris Duffin that I found interesting. He makes some good points about whether mixing peptides actually reduces their effectiveness. Here are a couple of key takeaways:

* Peptides are surprisingly resilient.
* The bro-science around peptide degradation is often overblown.

He also points out that a lot of these online debates get unnecessarily heated, which I totally agree with. Feel free to watch the video and share your thoughts in the comments. I'm curious what everyone thinks.

He's also selling something, but I don't know anything about his products.

Just a heads up... Dr. B isn't actually a medical doctor. He's a chiropractor with a history of fraud (look it up). He may sound convincing, but he's mainly trying to sell you something. My wife's sister's husband is paying him a ton of money every year for his 'elite' program (he claims it's a bargain!). He's got him on a pretty basic pep protocol. I told him he could find the same info with a quick search.

About mixing peptides, there's a chart going around that says what's safe to mix. I've attached it.

The purity of a blended product is questionable. However, you could monitor mass reduction over a month to gauge the level of degradation.

Again, the purity of a blend is questionable. But you could measure mass loss over a month to see how much degradation there is.

Does anyone here use acetic acid instead of bac water for mixing? I heard it makes them last longer, especially for certain peptides.

Hey guys, I'm super new to this. I just got some Ipamorelin and GRF1-29 to help with my low IGF-1. Any tips on the best way to mix them and figure out dosing?

I'd put 2ml of bac water in each vial. When you add the water, let it run down the side so you don't damage the powder. Once mixed, you'll have 1000mcg/1ml in each vial. If you use a syringe with 100 marks, each mark is 10mcg. A good starting dose is around 100mcg.

WhooshEffect Thanks for the advice! I've heard some vials have a vacuum, so try pulling the plunger out of a syringe and poking the needle in to balance the pressure. That way, the water doesn't go in too fast.

Great tip! I always end up with a mess when the water shoots in too quickly.

Dosed the same way first shot rough sleep. Wasn't sure if that peptide caused it. Read about it sometimes doing that at night. Now I use another at night fast morning with that other one and don't eat two hours. No clue if related. I also tried another peptide combo interested in athletic gains. Understand stacking more growth hormone releasing compounds with that peptide system. Does adding more that hormone thing stop the growth hormone releasing from working.

Injection location can change side effects, but effectiveness is the same everywhere—works based on blood concentration. Normal variation in response especially over the first few months.

I reconstitute enough for 6-8 weeks in a pen cartridge. Data on degradation looks solid, so I'm not worried about it breaking down in that window.

stomach's been fine for me on this. the only injection site reaction i got was from ghk-cu and that went away after a week or so of daily shots.
