I've seen so much arguing online about whether it's a waste of time to use a blended pep versus injecting them one by one. A well-known peptide expert, Dr. B, says to inject separately, but others say blends are perfectly fine. While I can see how blends might not be ideal for a super customized plan, I also *really* don't want to feel like a human dartboard every day. I've taken breaks from injecting only to find that, while my injection spots feel better, I'm actually happier when I'm sticking to a regular schedule.
Anyway, someone shared a video by Chris Duffin that I found interesting. He makes some good points about whether mixing peptides actually reduces their effectiveness. Here are a couple of key takeaways:
* Peptides are surprisingly resilient.
* The bro-science around peptide degradation is often overblown.
He also points out that a lot of these online debates get unnecessarily heated, which I totally agree with. Feel free to watch the video and share your thoughts in the comments. I'm curious what everyone thinks.

He's also selling something, but I don't know anything about his products.
