Started back in April. The auto injector's been a genuine lifesaver for me. I get severe reactions from self-injecting, bad enough to trigger vasovagal episodes where I pass out entirely. Zero issues using the pen though. Doesn't sting, never had a problem at the injection site, though results vary heavily person to person, and honestly side effects didn't really show up for me until reaching 7.5, mostly just occasional constipation and mild nausea now and then. Focus hard on protein, staying hydrated, and getting enough fiber. Check out the educational videos on the manufacturer's site. Celebrate every small win, even the ones the scale doesn't show. You've got this
Down 25 lbs, roughly 11 kgs, across three months. Combined with what I'd already lost before starting Mounjaro, total loss sits at 90 lbs, about 41 kgs. Haven't been this light since giving birth to my son thirty years back. Both my A1C and cholesterol have dropped too. Fine with the slower pace provided my other numbers keep trending right, feels far more sustainable long-term for me this way.
