Yeah, it's weird when food loses its appeal. Like, what's the point of anything? LOL. Seriously though, I hope you find something that brings you joy again.
 
Protein shakes could help. And don't dose again until you can actually eat something. The med isn't supposed to stop you from eating, just make portions smaller.

That's a good point. I'm trying to focus on the positive changes in my health, not just the number on the scale or what other people think.
 
14.8 to 6.2 A1c on Mounjaro is a dramatic and rapid improvement that changes the dosing math for any outside insulin you're running. The blood sugar dropping to 9 mg/dL alongside that kind of A1c change is a medication adjustment situation that needs the prescriber involved. What does your endocrinologist say about the combination?
