Mounjaro pen clicks - how many?

The UK pens used to include at least one full extra dose plus some buffer for priming the needle. That meant a bonus fifth dose hiding inside a 15mg pen, extractable with insulin syringes since the mechanism locks after roughly 240 priming clicks, totaling just over 75mg total. That extra's since been stripped out on both sides of the Atlantic to match US rules, though naturally pricing stayed the same. Plenty of click-reference charts exist online, and the math's pretty straightforward once you know 60 clicks equals a 15mg single dose. Different dose pens deliver different amounts per those same 60 clicks. This is essentially how people stretch a larger pen across more doses than intended. I was comfortable running these for 8-10 weeks using solid hygiene habits and holding the plunger down until the needle came out. Eventually shifted toward unregulated sourcing though.

15 clicks feels like a pretty small dose to me. What does the instruction sheet actually say about how many clicks make up a full dose?

(Sorry, based in the US here, and our Mounjaro pens are still the single-dose kind.)
