My 2023 vs. Now!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
yep, 3:1 blend works for me. wanted to use my 100mg ghk vial efficiently, 3:1 made the math easy. dosing 1.5mg ghk-cu, 0.5mg ghk-basic, 0.5mg bpc-157 right now. took a break from kpv this cycle.

Three years is enough time to see a real before and after but short enough that the discipline to get there is still visible. The 2023 to 2026 window for most people on a GLP-1 program is substantial.

Starting at 256 and sticking with it from Thanksgiving 2023 to now is the kind of sustained commitment the before/after captures but doesn't fully show. The caloric discipline behind the GLP-1 foundation - 1600-1900 daily since 2022, 145 to 75kg - is the less visible part of what makes those transformations hold.

Once my oldest headed off to college I was still a healthy, active woman. Started eating more, moving less, and that pattern kept going right alongside menopause, then an injury set my fitness back further. Around the same time my husband packed on enough weight to end up diabetic. He got a covered prescription, I didn't. Frustrating how insurance works, so I decided to join him and pursued a compounded prescription through a doctor I was already familiar with. Not entirely sure what my target weight is, or how fast to move the dose upward, my doctor recommended a month at 2.5 before bumping to 5, but plenty of other people out there seem to be increasing far more gradually than that, which feels like one of the genuine perks compounding has over the pre-set auto-injector pens. Think I'd like to land around 25 pounds lost.

Gradual is the way to go. Plenty of the more frightening reactions people describe stem from losing weight too fast or blood sugar dropping too low. I'm also taking the tablet form, tracking calories closely and staying strict about it. That's really what's driving my current progress, not the medication itself, at least until I work my way up to a stronger dose. Currently sitting at 1.5.
