My clothes are fitting better!

Nice work. Some people at my job are telling me my pants look too big. I'm not going to replace my wardrobe a few weeks in.

Congratulations!
I would hold off on buying a lot of new clothes. I got a new pair of pants, and they only fit for a couple of weeks before they were too big. Just wear leggings until you plateau.

I started at an L/XL and now I am an S. Just wait!

Lots of different paths for different goals - we all pick our own. I did nutrition and some exercise but don't know if that's the key to stopping, plus the other benefits might keep me on it long term. Curious what the studies told people about eating and moving though - were there strict guidelines or just normal living? Everyone's so different. I've replaced habits with reading about and buying powders. Better than pizza probably, time will tell. But loving the new wardrobe and playing part-time chemist.

Update: down 4 lbs since a few days ago. Body wanted to recalibrate first. All this talk about orange cap batches is making me wonder if mine was from that run. Got mid-Feb from a reseller, had the orange cap, nasty runs and burps. Switched to a different T60 vial and zero side effects now.

That's such an important realization. The scale hides body composition changes - muscle gains offset fat losses. How much better are the clothes fitting now?

The three-month photo comparison makes the progress undeniable - clothes feel different but the February-to-May visual removes any room for dismissing it. Being proud of yourself for the first time is the actual result here.
