My experience as a new Reta user

Sharing my experience before starting since comparison data was what I was after myself. Forty, six feet tall, used to compete in combat sports and stayed athletic but a run of injuries and a desk job later meant weight climbed steadily. Cutting it naturally proved painfully slow. Picked reta, peaked around 225 pounds near 30 percent body fat. Started small, and that first shot triggered brutal digestive chaos, though results followed quickly given the water weight drop. Things stabilized and real changes showed up, appetite dulled more than food thoughts did, still catch myself thinking about meals but rarely feel true hunger, fullness hits fast once eating starts. Bumped up a few weeks later once suppression faded. On a higher dose now, the opening fortnight brought noticeable skin sensitivity, my spouse couldn't handle it and switched compounds. Still working toward my own target. Hoping this helps anyone starting out on something similar.

Currently at 5mg weekly on reta. Started low and quickly found stretches without real hunger got a lot longer. Before starting, roughly three hours after eating I'd get hungry again or crave another meal. On reta, skipping a meal entirely felt fine. Real appetite suppression didn't kick in until around 4mg, and even then mild, could still finish protein on my plate easily. Now at 5mg though, fullness hits fast. Even feel slightly nauseous eating these days, though it clears the moment I stop.

Food noise has been an issue and still lingers somewhat, though manageable now. Also stopped eating three hours before bed since I take a growth peptide combo at bedtime, so there's an argument that's driving some improvement rather than reta alone. Hard to say for certain the dose alone explains it.

Started at a small dose for two weeks, then bumped up. Zero unwanted side effects, and every craving I had vanished completely, alcohol, other habits, junk food, all of it. Six weeks later moved up again since cravings started creeping back and my loss had plateaued.
