sorry you're dealing with this. it's a known side. check the forum for anhedonia. some say it gets better. talk to your doc immediately about switching to another glp1. don't white-knuckle through losing interest in life just to lose weight. nothing's worth that.
 
Over a year on it, never had loose stool until now. I'm touring Europe and eating different foods — but wow, I'm in the bathroom every couple hours and it's rough. Normally take colace and magnesium at night but stopped a week ago. Getting immodium at the next stop.
