you dose it right before running? i don't do heavy cardio so can't compare. doesn't bother me on non-workout days but lifting heavy after taking it causes issues. might have to dose earlier before my workouts.

I was trying to tough it out with diet and exercise, and now that I'm back on the injections, the weight is just melting off! Same effort as before, but way better results. This stuff is amazing!

I love this for you! Treat yourself to some new jeans, snap a pic of the old ones next to the new ones for motivation and then donate the old ones. A real accomplishment! Congrats!

I started in UK size 20 (US 16 maybe?) And I used to have these size 18s (US 14) that were super tight. Tried them on the other day and they fell right down!

I hear you about the non-scale victories. I've been avoiding the scale too and just judging by how my clothes fit. It's way less stressful. I didn't want to get hung up on the numbers. How about you Reese_44?

I totally agree with avoiding the scale! Clothes fitting better is the best indication. Plus, muscle weighs more than fat anyway!

For real! I've been feeling so much better. I am at the point I am donating all the clothes that don't fit.

That's amazing progress, Reese_44! What dosage are you on, if you don't mind me asking? And are you doing any particular diet or exercise routine?

been off almost a year, was at 2mg. lost 69 pounds. i'm 140-145 now but building muscle so strength training. gym a lot, clean food, slip up on sugar sometimes. worked with a therapist on binge eating which helped me stay on track.
