My pants are too big now!

Timing the dose relative to heavy lifting is a real calibration problem - most people find 12-24 hours before the session works better than dosing the same day for compound movements. Torn rotator cuff plus biceps tendinosis is a constraint that significantly narrows the exercise menu; the hip thrust and lower-body work becoming central to the program isn't a compromise, it's just the correct rotation given what's overhead. MOTS-C for energy and recovery gets mentioned in contexts like this where the overhead press shelf is temporarily out of reach.

The MOTS timing question depends on what you're doing. Non-workout days fine while it bothers you right before moving fits the pattern people report with higher intensity. What kind of movement triggers it specifically?

the above-150 HR threshold for feeling unwell is worth taking as a real signal rather than pushing through - the cardiovascular system adjusts to the medication's effects on heart rate over time but the ceiling for comfortable intensity can sit lower than before, especially in the early months. working at the threshold rather than above it and extending the sessions is the more productive approach

10mg and not noticing a cardio or lifting impact is actually reassuring for anyone worried the medication blunts performance. The OP's pants-too-big milestone is the kind of feedback the scale doesn't always give you clearly. If the weight is moving and the clothes are confirming it, something is working even if you can't feel the mechanism during exercise.

the objective effects showing up before subjective awareness is one of the more interesting patterns on these compounds - your labs and your output metrics change before you feel different. cardio function tends to be one of the earlier measurable shifts; you can often see improvements in resting heart rate or recovery time before you notice it during activity

creatine as a GLP-1 supplement is one of the underused additions - the fatigue from eating at a deficit reduces available cellular energy in muscle tissue, and creatine supplementation partially offsets that by increasing phosphocreatine availability. 3-5g daily is the standard dose; the energy increase is real and most people notice it within 2-3 weeks especially if they're doing any resistance training

Never once argued against running the full dose. My only point here was that someone should make sure sleep, exercise, and diet are actually dialed in before jumping into aggressive dose increases. Especially in this situation where the original poster's already close to a normal BMI and still dropping weight.

They mentioned doing tons of distance running during their earlier weight loss attempt. Running happens to be one of the least effective exercises specifically for fat loss. It spikes appetite hard, and most runners aren't training across the right heart rate zones anyway. Strength training paired with low-intensity steady cardio tends to be far more effective for burning fat. That's exactly why I questioned their diet and workout approach. I've just seen too many people on this drug class skip both diet and exercise entirely, then wonder why results stall.

Same here, dosing it in the morning doesn't seem to touch my sleep at all. Took it around 5pm one time and went to the gym afterward... that night was genuinely a rough one for sleep... though I was also eating super low carb around then, so figured that was probably the real cause.

Supposedly the ideal window for working out is something like three to six hours post-dose, but fitting that around a work schedule is a struggle for me.

So where do you stand these days? Can't decide which matters more to me, great workouts or better sleep... normally I'd pick sleep, but before it wore off my gym sessions were honestly leagues better and way more fun.

Also, this drug class isn't an option for me and I still need help with fat loss, workouts that actually feel rewarding would go a long way toward that.

The absence of food noise has genuinely helped with getting things done, wasn't a huge issue before but it's noticeably easier now. Meanwhile, not eating enough leaves me tired from lack of fuel, yet that same focus keeps things moving anyway. Not sure that fully makes sense.
Basically running on little sleep but somehow still checking off a ton of necessary tasks.

Might try sleep aids a couple times a week. And maybe more protein shakes, currently only having them two or three times weekly after workouts.

Fasted cardio instead of weights? Traditionally I leaned heavily into cardio... these days I focus more on resistance training... plus tons of walking with heavy loads. I wrap up with a bit of cardio but nothing intense, though maybe I should shift more attention there given my fat-loss goal.

How long after dosing would you say is the ideal window to train? Read that levels tend to peak somewhere around the three-to-four-hour mark post-injection.

Even though I'd technically finished my current supply

Turns out there was still a small residual amount sitting in one bottle I'd overlooked. Maybe six units remaining. What I love most about this compound is honestly the mental boost it delivers. That focus boost matters enormously for me at work.

Just gives me such a strong lift, both mentally and physically. Planning to run a lower amount once my next batch arrives, probably closer to one and a half units, just enough for that noticeable lift.

Does anyone pair this with creatine as well? Considering adding that into the mix too.
