Not seeing much progress...advice?

Slow progress is still progress. The first couple of months are the adjustment phase - it often kicks in properly after that.
 
Early discouragement on GLP-1s is common - the internal changes happen before the scale catches up. Non-scale indicators like energy, sleep, and appetite quality fill the gap while the number lags.
 
2.5mg is the starting dose, not the therapeutic dose - the ramp exists precisely because most people don't see the full effect until they're higher and have been there long enough for the body to adjust. Six months of minimal movement followed by a significant drop in one month is a common pattern as the dose climbs.
