I'm doing pretty well, everyone. I started at 175 lbs at 5'6", got down to 137 lbs, then stopped the medication. I put on about 10 lbs but I've been killing it at the gym, so I think it's mostly muscle. Now I'm consistently at 147-150 lbs. I feel great! More energy, better sleep, just healthier overall. It takes effort to maintain, so be disciplined and make a workout routine to avoid reverting to bad habits. I'm barely drinking these days, and I meal prep every Sunday. It's worth the work!
