Hey everyone, happy almost Turkey Day!

I felt like sharing some good news and hoping others will chime in with their wins, too, because it's inspiring seeing everyone's success! You're all so supportive, it's awesome!

I was on Ozempic from last January to September and since stopping, I've been watching what I eat (portion control!) and doing some light workouts, and I'm thrilled to say the weight is still coming off! I'm kind of shocked? I keep waiting for it to bounce back, or that it's just a dream, haha.

Since I wfh, I hadn't really needed new clothes, but I'm on vacation and realized my jeans that supposedly "fit" were actually pretty loose... I went thrifting figuring I'd go down one size in pants... I dropped TWO sizes! I'm in a size 4 now! I was NOT expecting that. I still think of myself as bigger, it's hard to adjust to a smaller size.

Honestly, I'm just so grateful that Ozempic was a real game-changer for me. It's not magic, it still takes effort and wanting to get healthier. It gave me the initial boost I needed, and I'm so thankful.

That's fantastic! You look amazing!

What was it like when you stopped Ozempic? Did your hunger change? What's your strategy for managing cravings?

You look awesome. I went from a size 16 to a 6 between May and now. I can't believe it when I see myself in the mirror!

That's amazing progress! I hope you feel healthier and are able to move easier!

Congratulations, I am so happy for you and wish you continued success with your weight-loss journey! It's great to hear that not everyone gains back the weight after stopping Ozympic, if they maintain a healthy lifestyle!

Congratulations! Any advice? I lost some weight, stopped nine months ago, and have put it all back on. I'm starting again and want to avoid making the same mistakes. Any tips?

It's still pretty new to me, but I'd say focus on small, sustainable changes. Don't try to overhaul everything at once. And don't beat yourself up if you slip up – just get back on track the next day!

I'm weaning off now, at .25, and I'm so hungry! So hungry all the time. I'm trying to stick to my routine. Any suggestions? I've hit my goal weight.

It's not uncommon to experience increased hunger on a lower dose. Focus on high-protein, high-fiber foods to keep you feeling full. Consider talking to your doctor about options if it becomes unmanageable.

Gallbladder issues can sometimes arise with rapid weight loss, regardless of the method. Just something to be aware of!
