Down 66 pounds in about 9 months and I'm just barely overweight according to the BMI charts! Haven't seen this in years. Still got a ways to go to my goal but I'm smiling today.
Don't get discouraged if you don't see massive drops right away. It's a marathon, not a sprint! Focus on sustainable habits and celebrate the small wins.
