Officially overweight - happy dance!

Down 66 pounds in about 9 months and I'm just barely overweight according to the BMI charts! Haven't seen this in years. Still got a ways to go to my goal but I'm smiling today.

I'm technically overweight as well, and honestly, I'm fine with it at my age. I'm hovering around 160 lbs and don't want to increase my dose past 10 mg. Wouldn't mind losing another 5 lbs or so, but it's not a priority. I'm 70 now, and a little extra padding is probably a good thing. Congrats on leaving the obese category!

I'm just starting out. Any tips for newbies? I see people posting about huge losses and it's inspiring!
Don't get discouraged if you don't see massive drops right away. It's a marathon, not a sprint! Focus on sustainable habits and celebrate the small wins. I've been on this journey for a while and it has been really long.

I can totally relate to that fear of sizes! I lost about 70 pounds, and still find myself reaching for the larger sizes out of habit. It's a mental game for sure. I recently bought a dress in a smaller size, and it was such a confidence boost when it fit! Keep going, Frankie_18!

Has anyone noticed a change in their skin after losing a significant amount of weight? I'm a little worried about loose skin.

I've noticed some changes, especially in my stomach area. I'm trying to incorporate more strength training to help with that.
