OMG I feel so much better!

That's awesome. A person's weight can go up and down, and that can be frustrating. But a recent non-scale win reminded me that the scale isn't the only thing that matters... I bought some pants last year and they were a little too small. I just closed them today! So amazing!!!

That's rewarding—a HUGE win!

Same here - started at point 25 and it took like two days to really kick in. Did a solid 36 hour stretch without food and totally tanked my electrolytes. Liquid IV turned it around quick though and the nausea stayed away.

wow that's awesome work, seriously! you look fantastic and i bet you feel even better about yourself. congrats on the transformation!

She's not wrong about that. I was carrying around 100 pounds extra and I knew I had to do something for my kids. You can't worry about what everyone else thinks when your health is on the line. I'm not here to explain my choices to anyone and honestly I don't need the commentary.
