OMG - I hit my goal!!

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Relate fully. Been on 20 months now down 85 total. Gained a whole life. Not the same. Lighter mentally and happier. Healthy. Ozempic was a miracle for me, staying on it life long or some version as science grows. Diabetes at 5, everything else numbers low, blood pressure perfect. Need maybe 10 more to personal goal and plateaued months but not gaining is fine by me. Grateful.

started trt at 255 lbs, 5'9''—way overweight and stuck in the gym. testosterone helped right away, got stronger but gained 15-20 pounds of water weight. then switched to tirzepatide and dropped a ton over 8 months. now I'm under 200 in size 31s. both at the same time worked for me.

Protein at lunch is the move. You're looking at a whole chance for nutrition there. Grab protein for that meal and I think you'll get there.

The 'that medication will kill you' reaction from people who watched you carry the weight that actually was the health risk is a specific kind of frustrating. 94 lbs down and free - the health data tells the story. Let the results do the talking.

The 'take advantage of your new life' framing after 90 lbs is exactly right. 245 down to 160 in 11 months is not something you just forget how to do. The habits that developed while the medication was suppressing appetite tend to stick better than people expect.
