One year on MJ!

After 11 months and 95 lbs gone, I'm finally under 200. Feels amazing. A1C dropped from 8.4 to 5.0. Only side effect is constipation, which is whatever. Lucky compared to some of the stuff I've read here. Just gotta work on the shopping addiction now lol.

Nearly 200 pounds down is remarkable. The metabolic shift that must represent at the cellular level is significant. The combination of OMAD and Mounjaro is a well-documented synergy. Genuinely inspiring progress.

One year and 196 pounds is not just a number, it's a completely different life. The breakfast anchor thing is so relatable on MJ - one consistent meal and the rest of the day flows. How are you handling maintenance now, same dose or trying to taper? The OMAD approach with that kind of loss is impressive. Genuinely one of the best results I've seen posted in this community.

196 pounds and one year is just wild to read. The research side of this journey is real too - there's so much conflicting advice out there that the people who actually track their own responses and adjust based on that tend to do better than the ones who follow any single protocol rigidly. Sounds like you found your approach and it worked brilliantly. What's the plan from here?

One year and 196 pounds is a completely different body and life. The non-scale changes that come with that much loss are worth tracking - energy, sleep, joint feel, stamina. What's the maintenance plan? Same dose or thinking about tapering?

The one-soda-a-day approach is a reasonable middle path. The all-or-nothing approach to things you genuinely enjoy tends to collapse faster than moderated versions. On GLP-1s the craving intensity for most things decreases over time anyway, so the one you are keeping often becomes less of a pull without having to fight it directly.

196 lbs in a year is rare. Microdosing in year 2 when you're at or near goal is the right conversation to have.

196 pounds in a year on OMAD and 7.5mg is a remarkable result - that span changes everything from daily movement to long-term health trajectory.

The one-year approval window is worth revisiting with your prescriber when it comes up - most carriers will reauthorize for continued use if the progress is documented. Switching carriers is where gaps tend to appear. Great milestone to hit with that kind of result.

Oxford Biosciences is a solid call for methylcobalamin - the per-vial cost is reasonable and a year's supply in one order is easier to manage than chasing it monthly. Worth noting the listed price is GBP, so the USD total shifts a bit with the exchange rate.

100 lbs to maintenance with controlled blood sugar and no notable changes noticed between medications is the cleanest version of how this is supposed to work. Not everyone experiences dramatic internal shifts - some people just lose weight and feel normal throughout, and that's a completely valid response.
