After 11 months and 95 lbs gone, I'm finally under 200. Feels amazing. A1C dropped from 8.4 to 5.0. Only side effect is constipation, which is whatever. Lucky compared to some of the stuff I've read here. Just gotta work on the shopping addiction now lol.

The one-soda-a-day approach is a reasonable middle path. The all-or-nothing approach to things you genuinely enjoy tends to collapse faster than moderated versions. On GLP-1s the craving intensity for most things decreases over time anyway, so the one you are keeping often becomes less of a pull without having to fight it directly.

Kicked off MJ this past March. Things started slow but have picked up pace since reaching 7.5mg. Peaked at 120kg back in September, down to 109 currently. Thrilled that turning things around is genuinely possible even at 49, female.
