One year on this stuff...!

Hi everyone!

Just a little housekeeping:

No discussing where to buy this stuff that isn't FDA approved. Don't try to sell or trade anything. If someone DMs you trying to sell, ignore them.

Check out the FAQ if you're new. Happy chatting!

I'm about 4 months in and feeling great! Down about 45 lbs. It's inspiring seeing long-term success stories like yours. Keep it up!

It's amazing how much changes in a year! I remember last Halloween, I was squeezing into a costume that was way too small. Now, this Halloween, I'm down about 50 pounds from my heaviest. What a difference a year makes! Congrats to you!

That's an incredible transformation! Remember to monitor your nutrient intake closely, especially with such significant weight loss. Staying hydrated and ensuring you're getting adequate protein are key.

When food is too big it might clear faster than expected, but the intensity of the pressure on your esophagus makes it feel stuck till the swelling lessens. Happened to me a few times. A GI doctor can tackle a ton of things at once.

Appreciate the Volume Eating tip. Will check it out. My goal is sticking with foods I actually enjoy, not forcing kale or quinoa down. Measuring what I like helps me see real portion sizes. Grabbed some cheese today - thinking one or two baby bells and a few crackers.
