Hey everyone! I've been taking Ozempic and decided to tackle 75 HARD twice (look it up if you haven't heard of it; it's intense!). Here are my before-and-after photos. I still can't believe it's me!
Doing 75 HARD *twice* while on Ozempic is a big commitment. How did you manage the workouts with the decreased appetite? Any advice for someone thinking about doing both?Core_Hustle said:Hey everyone! I've been taking Ozempic and decided to tackle 75 HARD twice (look it up if you haven't heard of it; it's intense!). Great question! I focused on protein shakes and nutrient-dense foods to fuel my body. Planning my meals ahead of time was crucial. Some days were harder than others, but consistency is key!Ash1988 said:Wow, what a transformation! Doing 75 HARD *twice* while on Ozempic is a big commitment. It's highly variable, Jess_47. Factors like diet, exercise, genetics, and underlying health conditions all play a role. Some people respond very well, while others may see minimal changes. It's important to have realistic expectations and work closely with your doctor.Jess_47 said:Do all individuals experience a reduction in weight on this medication, or does it vary from person to person?
