Hey everyone! I've been taking Ozempic and decided to tackle 75 HARD twice (look it up if you haven't heard of it; it's intense!). Here are my before-and-after photos. I still can't believe it's me!

Wow, what a transformation!

Doing 75 HARD *twice* while on Ozempic is a big commitment. How did you manage the workouts with the decreased appetite? Any advice for someone thinking about doing both?

That’s an amazing change! Even at 218, your midsection looks great. I tend to carry most of my excess weight there, unfortunately :(

Impressive work!! I'm constantly debating whether or not to do 75 hard! The mandatory daily 45-minute outdoor workout is my biggest concern. The weather in my area can be pretty unpredictable at times.

Do all individuals experience a reduction in weight on this medication, or does it vary from person to person?

Great question! I focused on protein shakes and nutrient-dense foods to fuel my body. Planning my meals ahead of time was crucial. Some days were harder than others, but consistency is key!

Really interesting to see the muscle definition improvements! Saw someone online go from a size 16 to a size 8 with sema and bootcamp style fitness. Maybe I need to up my workout game. I'm just doing light Pilates right now.

I saw a video online where someone did their first pull-up in a long time after losing weight! It was so inspiring. I'm gonna try to add pull-up practice to my routine.

It's highly variable, Jess_47. Factors like diet, exercise, genetics, and underlying health conditions all play a role. Some people respond very well, while others may see minimal changes. It's important to have realistic expectations and work closely with your doctor.

Pull ups! That's the dream! I'm down about 40 pounds and my goal is to do just ONE pull up. Congrats to whoever did multiple!
