Started on Ozempic around the end of May. I think I've managed to drop around 10ish pounds - mostly early on when I was just at .25mg. I've been dealing with some heartburn and queasiness while on .5mg, so I'm planning to stick with this dosage a bit longer to see if it eases up instead of going higher, or maybe even going back to .25. I didn't really notice a huge difference until I put my before and after pictures side by side (early May vs. late July). I'm also being careful about my diet (mostly avoiding greasy foods - trying to eat more protein and vegetables with minimal carbs). I'm trying to walk about a mile or so each day for some activity, but my exercise is kinda limited because of balance and mobility issues. Still, I'm pretty happy with where I'm at right now.
