Ozempic fail! anyone else screw up?

As you lose weight how can you be sure you're injecting into fat? I've lost weight in my legs quickly so I'm worried about injecting there. Can it hurt you to inject into muscle?

I take the injector pen out of the fridge 15 mins earlier. This might help 🤔
 
igf1-lr3 worries me bc you can't measure it in blood — it won't show on a test and you could be into organ damage and never know. can't even find solid dosing protocols, just bros on reddit saying what they take.
 
No issue at all, especially filtered. Reconstitute, pull into 3ml syringe, attach filter, split into two sterile vented vials. Tirzepatide's tough — three months in the fridge with BAC is fine even at 2.5mg per week. Sterile water instead of BAC? More risk, especially in the EU where it's common.
