As you lose weight how can you be sure you're injecting into fat? I've lost weight in my legs quickly so I'm worried about injecting there. Can it hurt you to inject into muscle?

I take the injector pen out of the fridge 15 mins earlier. This might help 🤔

igf1-lr3 worries me bc you can't measure it in blood — it won't show on a test and you could be into organ damage and never know. can't even find solid dosing protocols, just bros on reddit saying what they take.

No issue at all, especially filtered. Reconstitute, pull into 3ml syringe, attach filter, split into two sterile vented vials. Tirzepatide's tough — three months in the fridge with BAC is fine even at 2.5mg per week. Sterile water instead of BAC? More risk, especially in the EU where it's common.

Band-aids at injection sites are optional and most people skip them - the needle gauge used for subQ peptide injections seals in seconds and bandaging is mainly preference. If hitting the same spots repeatedly and noticing bruising or irritation, rotation matters more than the bandage.

The mechanism control difference between manual and auto-injectors is a real preference variable - the spring-loaded auto-injector commits the full dose at the press speed the spring determines, while the manual mechanism lets you control pace and depth independently. For people who found the auto-injector click jarring, the manual control is worth trying before writing off injectable formats entirely.
