Ozempic jitters?!

I like to make these little photo montages to inspire myself and track my progress. Hopefully, it can encourage someone else to begin or continue their journey! 🙏🏻

What strategies do you all use to stay consistent? Here are a few of mine:

  • When I really don't feel like going to the gym (which happens!), I treat myself to some new workout gear.
  • Creating visual progress trackers really motivates me to keep going and appreciate how far I've come.
  • I occasionally buy clothes that are a tiny bit too small as a goal to work towards.
  • About once a month, I reward myself with a small indulgence, like a favorite dessert.

I'll probably add more to this later. 😊

You look fantastic! I started on January 8th, and I've lost about 14 pounds so far. I was 245, and now I'm 231! It's definitely effective... my blood sugar is way better, and I haven't had any adverse reactions. No need to be scared of it at all. Oh, and I'm on a 0.5 mg dose.

Fantastic progress! I really like your motivation ideas. I'm going to copy you and get new gym clothes. I've been wanting to do that for ages because mine are all too big now!

Amazing transformation!! You were pretty before, but now you look gorgeous and even younger!!

If you don't mind me asking, is your posture in the pictures just for show, or do you have any bone/joint problems?

To answer some questions: I started this Ozempic journey about 7 months ago. My starting weight was 185, and I'm currently at 140. I'm 5'6". I hope that helps!

I've been reading up on peptides, and Reese_2007, your post reminded me of something. It's great that you're finding ways to stay motivated. It seems like understanding how these meds work can also help with sticking to the plan. Like, knowing it's not just about suppressing appetite but also affecting blood sugar and stuff.

I heard the patent on Ozempic is expiring soon and generics will be available. That’s great and hopefully will drive cost down.

Wow! I had no idea you could get compounded versions! Is it safe? I'm paying out the nose for mine, even with insurance.
