I like to make these little photo montages to inspire myself and track my progress. Hopefully, it can encourage someone else to begin or continue their journey!

What strategies do you all use to stay consistent? Here are a few of mine:
- When I really don't feel like going to the gym (which happens!), I treat myself to some new workout gear.
- Creating visual progress trackers really motivates me to keep going and appreciate how far I've come.
- I occasionally buy clothes that are a tiny bit too small as a goal to work towards.
- About once a month, I reward myself with a small indulgence, like a favorite dessert.
