Started at 250, now at 158 since June '24 taking 15mg weekly. My target is 149. I've seen REALLY slow loss the past six months, like barely a couple of pounds each month but my clothes fit better. Don't lose hope if you hit plateaus! I usually stall every 10 pounds or so, and sometimes it lasts for a while. I'm at the pool 5 times a week doing laps. I don't follow a strict diet but I do watch my portions. For instance, I still enjoy pizza but I'll only have one slice instead of my usual three!
I'm also making a real effort to reduce sugar and carbs.
