Been on Ozempic for about four months now, and I've totally revamped my eating habits. Breakfast is usually a banana or an egg with a small salad sandwich. Dinner is either a chicken and salad wrap or chicken and veggie soup. I'm avoiding dairy, keeping sugar super low, and minimizing fat. Haven't been hitting the gym hard yet, but I'm on my feet at work from 10 AM to 7 PM, so that's something. Started at around 295 lbs and I’m down about 35 lbs in four months (around 12% of my initial weight). The first month I shed 13 pounds, then 9, then 4, then another 9. If anyone's on the fence about trying Ozempic, I'd say go for it. I’ve gone from a size 5XL to a 2XL. My body feels way better, and my mental state has improved a ton. My goal is to hit 187 lbs. I've had some minor indigestion and occasional diarrhea, but only if I cheat and eat something really fatty. Trying my best to avoid that, which is kind of the whole point of changing your habits, right? Still a long way to go, but I am really happy with my progress so far.
