Hey everyone! I wanted to share my progress so far.
Started at 262 lbs (about 119kg), and now I'm down to 180 lbs (around 81kg). My goal is 132 lbs (60kg).
I'm eating everything, just smaller portions now. I also work out about five times a week – three sessions with a personal trainer and then five days of cardio.
