Okay, took my first .25 dose Sunday night. It's now Tuesday and even sips of water make me feel like I just devoured a huge holiday meal. I just got diagnosed with T2D and started this med. I'm trying to track calories, but I'm so nauseous. Had some scrambled eggs and bacon earlier...ate maybe half. Dinner time rolled around and I could stomach maybe a quarter cup of the stir-fry I made. Seriously, is this how it will be? I usually eat like 2300 cals a day. Today I'm maybe at 500 and I feel STUFFED. How do you all track food and stuff? Any app recommendations?
