Ozempic: One year, down 80!

It's been a year since I began Ozempic. Still some ways to go to my target, but super happy with my progress so far!

I'm almost at my goal weight with Ozempic. I've actually lost more than what I weigh now, which is wild! Just 10 lbs more to go!

I've gone from a size 18/20 to a 2/4. I'm 5'10" and this has been an incredible ride for me.

You'll get there too!

That's wonderful to hear! It's definitely a process, so don't get discouraged. Sticking to high fiber and protein really helped me curb those sugar cravings, which made a HUGE difference.

I love hearing success stories like this! I'm down about 50 lbs since January and already feel so much better. I'm also finally fitting into single-digit jeans… which is crazy!

One thing that surprised me was how much better my clothes fit after I started on Ozempic. Like my whole wardrobe suddenly felt way more comfortable and actually looked right on me again.
